Our Service offers the ability to share User Generated Content via various social media service providers. The establishes a direct connection between the Apps and the selected social media system (according to Art. 6 (1) S.1 f EU-GDPR). Our Service has no influence whatsoever on the nature and extent of the data transmitted by these connections. You need to refer to the selected social media companies policies, terms and conditions to understand the potential uses they may make of any data transmitted.
If you use the functions of the plugin – for example by sharing or “liking” a post – the corresponding information will also be transmitted to the social media company. If you want to prevent this exchange, you may be able to control this usage via the settings within the social media system, or you may choose to not use this feature.
Please remember, that other users may also share your uploaded User Generated Content through their accounts in the BULLZ App and via the Third Party Applications.

In our Service we give you the opportunity to communicate with other users and to post comments to videos. For this purpose, the IP address of the user will be stored. This information we store for our security in case the author infringes third party rights or posts unlawful content. Please note that the comments you post will be visible to other users. In case of unlawful comments we are obliged to delete them and to take the appropriate actions.
When you start using our Service or want to create and share a video, we ask you for consent to use your camera, microphone and location in a pop-up. If you do not give permission, we will not use that capability. You may not be able to use all features of our Service in this case. You can later give or revoke your consent in the settings.
If you allow access to these capabilities, the mobile app will only access your data and transfer it to our server as necessary to provide the functionality (according to Art. 6 (1) S.1 f EU-GDPR). Our Service includes so-called Location Based Services, with which we offer special offers that are tailored to your particular location. You can only use these functions after you have agreed via a pop-up that we can collect your location data by means of supplying you home country, your phones locale setting, GPS and/or your IP address in anonymous form for the purposes of providing services. You can allow or revoke the GPS function in the settings of the app at any time by going to your system “Settings”.
Recent advancements in the capabilities of some mobile devices means that we are able to offer content production techniques based upon the 3d Depth data enabled by these devices. At this time, BULLZ does not support 3d video content and as such, the 3D depth data is retained only on your device. Any video resulting from the use of this 3d depth data is reduced to 2d standard video formats and the 3d depth data is discarded.
Provided your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, which informs you about our current interesting offers. If you want to receive the newsletter, we require a valid e-mail address and information that allow us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address or that its owner agrees to receive the newsletter (according to Art. 6 (1) S.1 a EU-GDPR). Further data is not collected. These data are used only to send the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties. By registering for the newsletter, we save your IP address and date of registration. All the communication between the client app and backend servers are done through HTTPS (HTTP over SSL/TLS). Our servers and the Android and iOS apps communicate with partners only using the official client library that uses HTTPS.
